1. Service Agreement

By booking a jukebox event with Groov, you agree to our service terms and conditions. Our QR code jukebox system provides customers with the ability to request songs through digital QR codes.

2. Booking and Payment

Event bookings require full payment of $100 CAD at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in Canadian Dollars and include applicable taxes.

3. Delivery and Setup

QR codes will be shipped to your provided address within 3-5 business days. Setup instructions and technical support will be provided via email. You are responsible for displaying QR codes at your venue.

4. Music Licensing

Groov provides music licensing coverage for your event. You agree to use the service only for the specified event date and venue. Unauthorized use may result in additional licensing fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available subject to availability.

6. Liability

Groov is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during your event. You are responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of your venue and event.
